  There are clusters of dots that are the same color as the kelp in other images. As well as the strange red and black stripes.

  Hi petracv! Check the Jan 14th Blog article. What you are seeing with the green is an artificial kelp reef off the California coast http://blog.floatingforests.org/

  As for the red/black stripes we see these frequently and they are just images of the filters on the camera..just ignore them.
