  I don't remember finding some kelp at Tasmanian coast. Is it so rare there?

  It's become moreso. Over the past 50 years, its abundance has decreased 90% or so. It's a real problem.

  😦 Very upsetting to hear that. These pictures come from 1991, is it even worse now? Any chances for an improvement?
