straight light green bands in the ocean

Not sure if this is an artifact or HUGE bands of a bloom.....I think it's artifact...the real blooms are quite brilliant and in groupings...has anyone else noticed this?

Speaking of artifacts, the most common one(other than the solid bright colours on the edges of the images) can be seen here, AKP000lwbo in all three colours.
